Before joining our board as non-executive chairman in July 2023, Andrew worked for 25 years in downstream operations for Shell International Petroleum Company, managing various commercial distribution and marketing activities around the world: in Malaysia, Canada, the USA and Europe. He moved from Shell to work in business payments and was CEO Europe and latterly President of Corporate Development for FleetCor, a US Fortune 500 business, operating in more than 30 global markets. After retirement from FleetCor in 2019, Andrew has held a series of public and private company chair roles across a range of businesses, mainly in software and manufacturing. He is Executive Chairman of Aryza Group, an international insolvency and loan management software organisation, headquartered in Dublin RoI.

Andrew is a Fellow of the UK Institute of Directors and a Life Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts & Commerce.

Greg was brought up in Japan and educated in the UK. After reading Japanese at the University of Sheffield, he worked in Japanese local government and then the airline industry before joining Intralink as its general manager in Tokyo in 1996. He spent 10 years working in the company’s Tokyo office, growing the team from two to ten and delivering work for clients across a broad range sectors. In 2001, he set up the company’s operation in Shanghai, followed by similar operations in South Korea and Taiwan. In 2005, he relocated to Shanghai and three years later to the UK. In 2010, he was appointed group CEO and in 2011 led a successful debt-financed management buy-out. In 2023, Greg sold a minority stake in the company to London-based Mobeus Equity Partners.

Today Greg leads a team of over 140 full-time employees across 15 offices in Europe, Israel, Asia and the United States. The company continues to support western companies expanding in East Asia, Asian companies wishing to collaborate with innovators and tech companies in Europe, America and Israel, and government agencies seeking to promote international trade and investment.

Greg is a fluent Japanese speaker and is based in the company's UK-based head office.

Alan Mockridge

President, North America

Alan has over 30 years experience working in and with North America and Asia. Originally from the UK, he was based in Japan for 16 years, and prior to joining Intralink, he spent five years with a Toyota-group spinout coordinating multi-vendor projects for international automotive OEMs.



Alan established Intralink America Inc. in 2008 when he relocated to Silicon Valley. He is now responsible for promoting Intralink's services to North America-based technology companies, VCs and government agencies, as well as consulting global corporations on strategic innovation and business development initiatives.

Jeremy Shaw

COO

Jeremy graduated from the Australian National University with a specialist degree in Asian Studies. He has worked in and with Asia for 21 years, including work with the Japan Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.

Jeremy has managed Intralink’s offices in China, Korea and Japan and worked in the mobile communications and digital broadcast sector, licensing and selling base station/transmitter/backhaul/network and handset software, components and systems to operators, OEMs and systems integrators.

EVP, Regional Managing Director, APAC

Jonathan oversees Intralink’s operations across APAC from our Seoul office. Originally from the UK, he moved to Korea in 2004 and after completing his Masters at Seoul National University, he was awarded the Korean Government Scholarship to do his Ph.D. on South Korean industrial policy.

He has helped hundreds of companies across a wide range of sectors to enter the markets of East Asia. He heads up Intralink’s Energy & Environment Practice and has helped many energy-related companies with their Asia strategies, from licensing their technologies to large industrial conglomerates to building out local manufacturing facilities and supply chains.

Jonathan is chairman of the Association of American State Offices in Korea and sits on the board of the British Tech Advisors (B.TA), a Singapore-based organisation linking UK technology founders & investors across the Asia Pacific.

Chris Price

Non-Executive Director

Chris joined the Intralink Board in July 2023 having spearheaded Mobeus’ investment into our company. He has also led investments into international public policy advisory firm Access Partnership, specialist HR consultancy Lace Partners and B2B demand generation agency Inbox Insight. Chris joined Mobeus in 2010 and was made partner five years later. He sits on the Executive Committee and Investment Committee and is jointly responsible the company’s origination and investment activities nationwide.  
 
Chris was named as one of Real Deals’ Future 40 mid-market investment leaders in 2022 and Future 40 Diversity and Inclusion Leaders November 2020.

Peter Yearsley

Peter Yearsley

CFO

Peter is responsible for the group’s financial and legal matters including compliance, reporting, investor relations and M&A.

Before joining Intralink in August 2023, following Mobeus’ investment in the business, Peter has held Finance Director and CFO roles for 12 years in a variety of international consulting businesses including The Renewables Consulting Group and ERM. Earlier in his career, he trained in accounting practice providing audit, tax and advisory services for a client portfolio with a focus on international business.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his family and unwinding on the golf course.
