Intralink is committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 to combat modern slavery and human trafficking. We have robust systems in place to identify and manage the risks of slavery, servitude or forced or compulsory labour across all parts of our business. As an equal-opportunities employer, we are committed to creating and ensuring a non-discriminatory and respectful working environment for our staff across all our global offices. This applies to all aspects of employment, including pay and conditions, training, appraisals, promotion, conduct at work, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Our approach to contracts and employment
We do not enter into business with any organisation, in the UK or abroad, which knowingly supports or is found to be involved in slavery, servitude or forced or compulsory labour. This commitment is included in our contracts with clients in a modern slavery clause, stating both parties’ requirements to comply with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws, statutes, regulations and codes in force in the UK and other territories in which we operate.
Our employment policy is transparent and compliant with all local laws and regulations. Our recruitment and staff management policy is designed to ensure that all staff across our 14 offices have the legal right to live and work in the respective territory. We have policies in place to make it easy for anyone within the company to approach multiple levels of management at any time with concerns or grievances, and to speak up if they have concerns.
Our supply chain
As a consulting business Intralink has a relatively compact supply chain. This is predominantly the purchase of IT systems (largely SaaS) & equipment and office supplies & consumables. Due to this we assess ourselves to have a low risk of modern slavery in our supply chains. Nonetheless, to ensure we adhere to the highest possible standards, we only purchase solutions, services and equipment from reputable vendors with modern slavery policies in place and conduct annual reviews of smaller local suppliers that do not have policies in place to mitigate risk.
