NTT Data Global Solutions is a leading SAP provider in Japan with digital transformation and information technology services worldwide as part of NTT DATA Group, and was looking for a potential partner that could strengthens and optimises NTT's SAP services.
Intralink identified over 30 US-based startups that fit the criteria with a funnel scouting approach tailored to the client's specific challenges. Through direct interviews, we analysed and evaluated each company's solutions and suitability for NTT DATA GSL and delivered final selections of companies as their potential partners.
We then assisted a direct meeting between NTT DATA and Verusen, a U.S. company that provides AI-based inventory and supply chain management optimisation solutions, to facilitate smooth communication and negotiations towards a commercial collaboration. As a result, they managed to announce their new business alliance only in three months since the initial contact.
